The code developed by INFOSYS developers stands out in its innovation, quality and dead on solution to the assigned tasks. Much of that code has become the sub structure for other functional enhancements to the application and has proven to be rock solid when subjected to the most rigorous customer's tests.

The Rapid Application Development (RAD) Approach

The method for application development within the INFOSYS environment insures the most efficient and risk adverse approach to software development.

Discovery uses detail information to assure management that the project is feasible, has a viable plan, and has achievable targets. From this phase a plan for the entire engagement is generated and approved by the project sponsor.

The Iterative Approach requires that ADDI cycles be repeated multiple times enabling the customer input all along the development path.

  • Analysis is a set of guidelines that is used in detailing the tasks, high-level USE Cases and results necessary to translate the requirements into a new or revised computer system.
  • Design is a set of guidelines that will be used to a detail system design for each step or USE Case.
  • Development is the actual conversion of requirements (USE Cases) into code so the system will perform the new or revised process.
  • Installation puts the new system or process or USE Case into action.
Post Installation Review provides the necessary measure to see that all engagement commitments were achieved.
